Our Solution:

Serving as the garage door's guiding rails, the tracks need to provide an ample level of reliability. The left side of Mr. Manuzi's garage door track was no longer up to par, causing the rollers to grind against it and hence slowing down the motion of the panels. To replace the old tracks with a new model, we measured the door to make sure we had a good fit. The right side of the track looked good and did not need fixing. We did replace the left garage door track, lubricated all of the rollers, and tested the system overall.
